My art is free to share.
And will stay that way. You can use the share links on the deviation's page or just link to it somewhere. You can download the images and upload them to an image sharing site under the condition that you credit me somehow.

You may use my non-commissioned art under certain conditions.
If you want to use my art as a reference, go ahead. Credit is encouraged but not needed. If it's not for commercial gain (unless it's stock), not for base traces, motivational posters, or hate speech, it's fine by me. It would be interesting to see my art on a signature banner or something web graphic-related.

You cannot use my art for commercial use.
If you want to use my art for your business, you pay. I don't even care if you're some big corporation, I'm not doing it for free. The only time I will ever do art for free is for myself, for friends, or for a charity.

You may sell fan art of my characters that YOU created.
You have my granted permission to sell prints or other forms of fan art of my characters, creatures or projects under the condition that you created the fan art. The reason why I allow this is because it brings in more attention and a bigger audience to my projects!... and you get some money to pay your bills. However, you cannot sell any of my art nor someone else's since that is considered art theft and a lawsuit can be filed for your criminal intentions.

My commissioned art is not stock!
Do not use it for personal/commercial projects! It's not allowed!
